GROUP RUNNING SESSIONS
We organise regular run training sessions for our clients in the Aberdeen area. These are held in a variety of locations, each offering a different type of running experience. Sessions typically last for one hour and include warm-up drills, a planned main run, cool down and an opportunity for informal Q&A. The prograamme of dates and venues will be advertised on our Facebook page.
